I gotta go coz dad has eye fillet steak for dinner and I need to supervise! Lots of fluff & love, Frankie
Lovely Vet she was great with my two dogs, in for vaccinations only, would of been 5 stars had the front of desk been more welcoming but
Thorough, gentle, and kind at a very stressful time for me. I thought my elderly dog was dying but after a course of antibiotics she is back to herself and I’m very grateful.
My response could be tainted a little because our much loved cat needed attention, but they handled everything perfectly, as they have every time we've had to visit them. I really like how they followed up within half a day and took the time to walk through my wife's questions and plan a course of action for the near future during the call. All I can say is, thank you and well done.
We would recommend you don't take your pets to these vets.nNot only was our young dog incorrectly diagnosed; the vet we saw on his last visit was dismissive of his symptoms, and sent us away saying there was nothing wrong with him.nHe died 2 weeks after that visit, at 18 months old.nWe had to find another vet, to get a correct diagnosis. Fortunately, that vet took it seriously, and listened intently to our concerns. He immediately diagnosed what was wrong and connected with compassion, empathy and deep concern for our darling boy, and for us. Facing sickness or death of a beloved young dog is painful, and its only right to expect some measure of belief, emotional connection and dare I say kindness. This care should come from the people we entrust the health of our pets to.
