A modern well laid out subdivision on the grounds of Wesley college. The quality of the houses is good and though parking is limited the roading appears adequate. There are interesting walking paths in and around the subdivision. Local amenities include a school, day care, children's play park and a cafe. It really needs a local centre as there is no grocery shopping in the area.
Went to the cafe for a breakfast meeting in a pleasant private room. Great food, coffee and a lovely community hub feel in the place.nPlenty of parking which is great since the streets around the centre are narrow and there's very little parking.
Absolutely love the homes here. Latitude homes have houses that are premium designs. Definitely recommend the lifestyle afforded in this area!
The good:nThe play park is amazing for the kids.nThe service is quick and super friendly.nThe place is clean.nThe bathrooms are clean.nThe portions are bignIt's not loud inside.nThe potato and leek soup is amazing and good value for money.nThe coffee is good.nnThe medium: The selection of non caffeinated teas are ok. It's not the best teas but it drinkable.nnThe bad:nThere is only 1 salad on the whole menu. A chicken one. The salad itself is ok. 6/10nWhen it's raining all doors are closed and it gets insanely humid and hot inside.nEverything in the menu has flour in it except the one salad.nnWould I come again? If someone invited me here I won't have objections but I won't pick it. Except if they have kids. The playground makes up for the lack of salad/ flour free choices.
