Kind knowledgeable and approachable staff.. quick response to emails... Pay attention when driving there as Blenheim road is fast and before you know it you've gone past. They do have parking.. I think the Google nav overshoots a bit..
These people are great to deal with. They normally do short term kayak rental and I wanted longer term. No probs. Booked it, turned up, everything ready to go, useful advice. Currently using them a second time.
I first went here a few years ago to get kitted out with a PFD and paddle to go with my Yak i bought off trade me, they were soo helpful and have time to give advise. And even now they are happy to give you the time and advise to help you , even if they don't stock it or sell it, they are happy to help. :
Great one stop shop. Excellent service from Andy. Bought two kayaks and gear to get me started with after sales support also offered. Definitely recommend going here if you are just starting out.
