I contacted Melissa regarding a 5 stage vetting of the horse I have now gone onto buy. From our first over the phone conversation Melissa has been super helpful, friendly & approachable. She took her time answering all my questions & really gave me the confidence she was the correct vet to use. Her communication throughout was brilliant, the vetting went ahead seemlessly & her help & advice post vetting has been invaluable in my decision & going into my purchase with all the correct information. Thank you Melissa, would highly reccomend.
Very professional, personable with a great stable side manner, explains clearly treatment and how/when to administer medication. Responsive to calls/messages, really cares for clients/patients everything a vet should be!
Mel has been our vet for around 4 years now and she has been exceptional during that time. Deserves 6 starts out of 5!
