Unfortunately, from phone call to book appointment to face to face, very very poor customer service. Eye rolls and huffs by receptionist who clearly doesn't want to do her job. Person performing scan was lovely.
Such a nice facility and great location. However STRONGLY let down by a rude and disrespectful welcome in May by the receptionist. Has put me off returning.
DON'T BOTHER getting a body composition DEXA scan here. The report they give you is worthless. A few non descript words from the radiologist, and images of the results which are of such poor quality you can't read the details.
Almost impossible to contact by phone. Staff at the office desk are either overworked or not interested.nHad major difficulty accessing my x-rays online and they weren't sent to my GP - 4 weeks later, still no action.
Poor customer service from when I visited approx 12 months ago.nNeeded another appointment this week - called three times Monday, twice Tuesday, and have just spent 30 mins on hold this morning.nAbsolutely shocking service on multiple fronts sadly.
