Poor customer service from when I visited approx 12 months ago.nNeeded another appointment this week - called three times Monday, twice Tuesday, and have just spent 30 mins on hold this morning.nAbsolutely shocking service on multiple fronts sadly.
Lovely facility. Friendly service
Must be still the same receptionist. Super rude and unwelcoming. Talking down and behaving arrogant. Wondering why she is still in the same position when she clearly has no people skills.
Very nice facility. Staff were lovely, answered all my questions. I was informed of cost in advance and asked if I had a csc to help cover costs. Alot easier to find a park than Nelson.
What a rude abrupt unwelcoming receptionist, why be in a job that involves dealing with the public if you don't enjoy your job, can't be be polite and helpful to clients and don't want to deal with clients who walk in obviously needing help, think someone needs a new job or some training!
