Holiday home with a pool view. Lovely and spacious. Takes a minute to get to the pool or spa. Neat home with open plan dining room, kitchen and lounge. Modern and stylishly decorated. The home is great for a family of four with a double room and a room with two single beds. Large kitchen. Comes with washing machine and dryer. Bathroom room is a bit old but it’s clean. Pacific Palms Resort provides bathing products that are vegan - not tested on animals. It’s close to the beach and shops are literally around the corner. Great spot. Would visit again.
Great location handy to beach and Papamoa plaza lots of restaurants and bars . Units are a bit dated but very clean and tidy with everything you need
Nice complex, unit a bit tired but overall the complex was lovely.nNote: pool and BBQ area super..... but small tiles that had dropped off toddlers pool a choking hazard for small children.
Do not rent unit 31. All rooms are different standards because they are individually owned. We rented 4 units, some well presented and others poorly presented. I advise NOT to rent unit 31, as all appliances didn't work properly. Unit 31 dishwasher broken, oven seals broken, washing machine keeps stopping, drier temperamental, plus toilet cistern runs constantly. Unit 31 maintenance is below standard. The common area grounds are well maintained and lovely, pool is a good size although could be warmer than 25 degrees. Overall was a good stay but tarnished by basic items not working.
Was greeted by the owner, with a warm welcome & great customer service. Me & my siblings enjoyed our stay. Very modern furnishing, pool, spa, convenient, clean & very nice place to stay. Definitely recommended
