Seriously the worst communication ever. Buying out all other competitors and becoming local monopoly certainly doesn’t help either.
Tried and tried and tried to get hold of this outfit with very limited success. After emailing, I received a reply to so they weren't interested in providing quotes, schedules for products & deliveries timeframes. When I did manage to speak with someone about the above, I never received any further contact again...poor service to be honest.
They manufacture a great product but communication and delivery is terrible. As there are only a limited number of steel and fire door suppliers in the market it is disappointing that on every project Pacific Doors has been unable to deliver on time and/or respond to emails, phone calls and voicemails. Avoid if possible.
Terrible performance in deliver, communication and rectification of issues and after sale service. Impossible to get hold of. They also do not answer emails or phone call/ messages.
