Just had an awesome experience with Daven and Josh who serviced my heat pump at my home address. Lovely guys who turned up on time, were professional and very friendly. Cleaned up after themselves and were very efficient. Such a positive attitude and even had time to cuddle with my dog who made a new friend. Would definitely recommend and look forward to my next service clean with this company. Also shout out to the customer service team who were lovely on the phone and booked me in only a couple days after our contact.
We have just had two floor console heat pumps installed by Oxygen Air. The experience, right from start was excellent. The sales rep, Chris, was so helpful and the price was very competitive. The installation technicians did a very professional job and made sure the house was spotless. We are thrilled with our heat pumps, the installation and all communications with the company.
I am super happy with our recently installed ducted system. Had thought about it a long time and very glad we chose Oxygen Air for sales and installation. From the initial consultation to the booking-in, communication, to the installation. All went to plan in an efficient, friendly, clean, professional process. Highly recommend!!
This company started off very well, very quick to come around and do a quote and were helpful around finance etc. The guys turned up on the day as planned and did a great job, very happy with it however the WiFi unit was out of stock, we were advised that someone would follow up and arrange install when it is back in stock, there has been no contact what so ever. When we ordered the unit we paid the deposit and were advised that we would be sent an invoice for the outstanding amount after the install, a couple of months pass with no invoice and then we get this abrupt email saying that our invoice is overdue, can’t be overdue when it’s never been sent in the first place! WONT BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY!
Awesome experience having a ducted system installed by Oxygen Air. Everyone I dealt with were extremely friendly and professional, from the initial contact with the customer service team, the sales guys and also the fantastic team of installers who tidied up well afterwards and even went the extra mile to fill in holes left by the HRV system being removed. Couldn't be more happy with the whole process, great company to deal with.
By far the worst company we have ever experienced. We spent $8000 on a ducted Fujitsu system. This system requires a yearly service which I have been trying to book for the past month. I’ve called 4 times and each time they tell me the same thing “we will have someone call you back”. No one has ever called me back. I tried one more time today and the lady said she would escalate my frustrations. I then get an email back to say that I should try in 6 weeks times when they would “maybe” be free. It’s totally ridiculous. I have no idea what other business operates like this. They are the only company to take your money before the job is even done as they ask for credit card details on the phone. Servicing a product that is so expensive should not be this difficult. Totally unprofessional and extremely frustrating way of conduct from Oxygen Air. I would not recommend them to anyone.
Very unprofessional team. They phoned multiple times trying to arrange for access to install our AC unit, said they would be there first thing in the morning, which was great as meant we were able to let them in before leaving for work. They don't turn up and we hear nothing from them until the evening when they say they got held up at another job... Upon them completing the job at a later date, we come home to our deck covered in dust and half our clothes that were on our drying rack, thrown onto the dusty deck and left there. Not a great experience with this company at all.
After 10 days the unit stopped working. I called Oxygen Air for help and they told me it would be another week or so before a technician could come and look at it ‍ but it was good before that. Edit: No Oxygen Air, it is still not working. I would have thought installing a faulty unit would be something you’d want to fix. But you have my money, so I guess I’m not a priority anymore.
OxygenAir has excellent communication with their customers and go a step ahead by checking up after the install. Ezra came in for a quote and was great to recommend placements of indoor/outdoor units. He is knowledgeable about the products OxyAir offers. Ophelia has also been excellent in keeping me up to date on the entire process. OxyAir were kind enough to price match against competition and gave me a huge bargain for a Fujitsu ducted unit for upstairs as well as two Panasonic Z20/Z50 VKR units for downstairs. The boys were friendly and were really productive and tidy with all the cabling and layout inside the house. Overall, I would highly recommend these guys for their homes!
Not having the best experience with Oxy air team in Auckland. Sales and install process is easy enough but getting support is beyond painful. We had a Mitsubishi ap25 installed March 2021 and we are having issues with it having a rattling sound. We got it fixed Aug 2021 but now it's back Jan 2023. Both times trying to call for support was a mission. I tried a few times now and one time they answered they said someone from warranty will call me back but never did.
