Great location, friendly staff. But that's where things end. They'd rather mess up your car more trying to "repair" it & get paid even if it means you waste your money. Now I have to pay another mechanic to replace improperly installed parts. If you're going here for anything other than a car wash or maybe the alignment don't waste your time.
I've been using Oxford Service Centre for over a decade. They are very good at what they do and understand what customer service means. If things go wrong, they are always willing to rectify the situation and are committed to satisfying the customer. I recommend this place.
Good service. They need a little more space for parking if they wish to expand. But at least the manager and others was n the parking lot helping out customers. Cleaning, tyre change and other minor repairs done here. I doubt they are the cheapest and it seems they charge for service other service centres wouldn't charge for. Example, when changing my tyre, they charged me $1k extra to rotate the back tyres with the front ones. My friend got a good cleaning job from them.
Fantastic service. In and out within half an hour with two new tyres! Highly recommended!

A knowledgeable, competent, helpful team of mechanics and mostly good service from the admin in the office depends on who you're speaking to at the time. Prices are okay. The car wash isn't all that. But if it's about repairs or servicing, this is a good place to go.
Oxford Service offers a first class type of service second to none. The attention I have received from the moment I drive in makes me feel that my business is appreciated. I would not even think twice to recommend them to any person or group of persons I know would need the service they offer.
