We are a small family owned and operated Artisan butchery of 4 generations of Frahm's.
We specialize in Retailing the highest quality NZ Farmed (and MAF Inspected) meat to the customers as well as providing a Registered Home-Kill Service. Customer Satisfaction is always our top priority and strive to do this to a high level an a daily basis.
Shane Frahm is a very experienced passionate butcher with over 30 years experience. Knowledge of meat is his passion, however if he is unsure of a cut that has been requested by a customer, he will do some research to ensure the customer gets what they want, whether it is in our Retail shop or as part of the Home-Kill service we provide.
It is the ideal place to buy those specialty cuts (pork belly to name just one example) that you don't get just anywhere. We also have a range of Gluten-Free smallgoods that we sell or can be made through our homekill service.
