friendly staff here. food isn't the best but it's cheap, and judging by how busy they are, this is a good thing in rotorua. the lady is really friendly I even saw her giving lollies to the kids. even though her English is terrible she is lovely.

Okay so let me start by saying the owners are so lovely and thats what i give them 3 stars for thier customer service, very polite and they cared about you, thats the only reason i didnt go back and ask for my money back. We ordered 2 milkshakes, service great, space was clean, recieved the shakes friendly and smiley took 1 sip and it was so bad. I think they ran out of milk and used a tiny bit of icecream and water or added a whole lot of water to a tiny bit of milk. It was terrible wouldent reccomend the watershakes. Especially for $5 each.

They say good things take time, my order took a little longer than the given wait time. When I got home and had dinner, we all raved about how delicious the fish & chips was! Best we've had in Rotorua and Auckland for that matter!. The little elderly Asian couple were very jovial and pleasant as well as always professional with their customers. Aside from me, they knew everyone that walked through their doors. Store is aged somewhat but all the locals eat here. Absolutely recommend this place

We had one of the worst eating experiences ever. We ordered and were told 20 minutes. So we went and got some petrol and came back. Our meal had not been started and we waited a further 20 minutes. The meal was sub standard and my chicken chow main was chicken noodles? Never to return

Awesome I go there all the time. Forget Maccas. Large burger any burger combo, chips and drink $8. Fish and chips are the best too. A lovely couple, great service.
