I employed Neil’s services to clean my oven, after he was referred to me by an acquaintance. This is the first time I have had my oven professionally cleaned. I am thrilled with the result, my oven is sparkling and Neil has given me some helpful instructions on how best to clean the glass panels that make up the oven door. Would give no stars if possible. Called me to say he was running late which is fine. Arrives and says my oven, is "too dirty" for him to clean. I cleaned it after he left. It took me about 15seconds with a SPATULA to wipe away the split sause my husband had overflowed a couple of nights before while I was in hospital with my daughter, a spray of oven cleaner, and a wipe with a textured cloth. I didn't even need to scrub. "Too dirty"!? IS THAT NOT WHAT YOU ADVERTISE AS YOUR JOB! To clean dirty ovens? Should of just done it myself from the start, but as I'd been in and out of hospital for the last 3 weeks with my daughter, wanted a treat. So disappointed.
Top job. Oven looks brand new. Great communication and reasonably priced
