Lovely views out the window, clean. Decent size. Parking available. Beach across the road with safe walkway to the beach.nBathrooms and kitchen facilities good, has air conditioning

Facilities were good, fully functional kitchen with cups sauces byo cutlery but you are told. Heaters if required though coin operated. Fold up tables and chairs. Tidy hall for hire $300. Parking also available for about 20 to 30 cars.
