Fantastic and fast service. Really happy with my new hat, great quality and arrived the next day! I will be shopping with you guys again for sure.
The clothing and hats look great online, and the hats I've bought are good quality, however I've bought 5 hats from Outback clothing and two I really, really liked are so large as to be comical when worn, despite being sized and labelled 'small' . Admittedly one was labelled small/medium but when I received it that hat is still at least a med/large size. It is in no way a small-sized hat. When I inquired, I was told that all their hats are made on the same forms but this just can't be the case, either that or the wrong labels were sewn on the wrong hats. I know buying clothes, shoes and hats online is a risk, which is why I purchased clearance items to start with, but you'd think one hat that fits perfectly from any given company would mean that subsequent hats labelled the same size would also fit, but the one non-clearance hat I bought - again supposedly small - was way too big - not just a little too big. Fortunately that hat suited and fit my partner, but it is annoying to order something you think will fit, and it doesn't. It isn't worth the shipping costs involved to return it so it's just another good-looking, non-fitting hat that will sit on the rack unused.
Fantastic service. Have purchased from Outback Trading for last 4 years and I keep coming back. Great quality warm clothing that just wears and wears.
Gave up after calling around difrnt shops that sell their stuff. Went on trademe and found what i wanted in 2 mins...half the price and my time not wasted.
