I took my car here a few weeks ago to get a service. I booked in for their service that was advertised as having "a list as long as your arm". This apparently didn't include basics like refilling windscreen washer fluid or checking tyre pressures. They had my car for approx 20 minutes after saying it would take 45 minutes and then handed me a quote for $1000 worth of work my car apparently needed. Sad thing is that I probably would have gone back to get the work done if they had actually serviced my car properly. Whole experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after seeing so many good reviews.

I always use Justin and the team for all my car servicing and issues and I’m always really happy with the results. No fuss and no dramas, they just get the job done.

Fast service, only needed half hour to fix my car’s oil leaking, and the price is acceptable.

Good service,they answer their phone, friendly staff, and have time to explain what work was done and why. Nice reception and waiting area. Their prices are reasonable as far as mechanics go  Love that they sometimes run deals for services via grabone.

Car service yesterday.  Friendly, professional, efficient team.  Superior customer service. Not owned this vehicle long and appreciate taking it to the professionals for a much needed oil change. The team have picked up on a couple of things the car needs sorted also and have quoted. Very much appreciated : Thank you. I was recommended this mechanic and took my car in to get a FULL SERVICE before going for a WOF. I know the brakes needed checking and an oil filter and oil changed needed doing, which I supplied then I booked another appointment for the brakes.  To cut the long story short, I had to take it back two more times and and I still failed the WOF due to the brakes and calipers. He said he didn't have the equipment to do the job, the mechanic where I was getting the WOF done said there wasn't any special equipment he needed. I don't know much a about cars, and I feel this guy probably knew that.

Got in touch with Justin from Out West Automotive. Had the part I needed at a reasonable price. Also had my car quoted for repairs for a Warrant of Fitness from several other Automotive company's and Out West Automotive had the best prices in comparison to the others. I highly advice taking your car to these guys!

Rips you off!! It's because, you did a car service and change battery give me 380 bill and told me if I were you I wouldn't use this car it is gone.if a car not able to use anymore why would you create 380$ bill for me?not even 3 day and my battery flat again which you changed with a brand new battery 3 day ago..literally 3 day later you put brand new battery I paid 150$ for towing may car because it's flat battery.what would you feel in a situation like this?
