Had a great time with Pete. Saw 9 animals and took 2x spikers for the freezer. All venison was processed into sausages mince and patties plus all the steaks. Looking forward to the roar

Earlier this week went for a hunt with Pete. Very early start. Pete spotted seven deer including these magnificent stags . we stalked them to within shooting range but decided to leave them alone. Too magnificent and still in velvet. stalked and shot a spiker instead . Freezer now full. Petes a great guide and Top Bloke .Highly recommend

Pete took my 12 year old son out twice - first time they went on an evening rabbit shoot & the second time they went on an early morning deer hunt. First time I’ve ever seen him bound out of bed at 4.30am! He absolutely loved it and Pete was very kind and patient with him. Taught him the ethics and values of hunting and shooting too, not just how to do it. We enjoyed venison on the BBQ that night which was a bonus. It was the perfect way for him to spend his birthday and Christmas money. Thanks again Pete.

My wife arranged Pete to take me out on my very first Hunting trip in New Zealand for my Birthday. An incredible day out. I saw sights that day that I had never seen before in my life and haven’t since. What a beautiful back door we have if you just know where to look. Lucky for me, Petes knowledge of bushcraft and the outdoors in the southern region is second to none, so he knew exactly where to look. Many animals were spotted that day and a few good opportunities to take an animal we’re there however we aren’t here to talk about my terrible aim. Great day with some great memories.

Pete took my husband and I on the Routeburn Track from the beginning to the Falls Hut.
