I just went and the people were very kind and helpful
terrible place. real dodgy characters and they dented my car and broke my wingmirror as seen in pictures. refused to pay for damages and release there security camera footage, if it wasn't them then they obviously have nothing to hide. heard alot of people complaining that items were missing from the car and scratches and dings are a frequent.
OTS employee are very considerate though we've got no appointment and it's nearly close they allow us to enter and accomodate.nThank you for consideration for checking the car and to get the recovered stuff.
Is it theft when your yard is refusing to let my son get his belongings out of his car which has been deemed written off, for water damage by the insurance company? Also VERY unprofessional staff laughing at a young guy and his father, for getting angry that he is not allowed to remove a $400 speaker he worked dam hard for that is not even bolted in or attached to the car therefore they literally only have to lift it out of boot like any other personal belongings! This is technically theft and I see by reviews a common practice by your yard ill be complaining to insurance and whoever else i need to as they said he could retrieve it....
Really helpful when we had to sort out a stolen vehicle.
