Otorohanga is a North King Country town at the southern end of the Waikato region, in the North Island of New Zealand. It is known as 'Kiwiana Town', due to being declared the 'official Kiwiana capital of the world' in 2002, by then Prime Minister Helen Clark. Surrounding areas include Waitomo, Te Kuiti, Kawhia, and Te Awamutu. Otorohanga can be reached via State Highways 3, 30, 31, and 39.
