It's a great location for people to visit. & to have meeting hear. I've been out hear a few times now... lunch & dinner...
They rent out this place for events. My brother had his wedding here and it was incredible. Bunch of rooms with bunk beds so if the event has alcohol you don't have to worry about getting home. Kitchen facilities, bush trails, ropes course, and a pear tree. Parking lot fits ~20 cars and there is street parking as well.
