This little shop is huge for service, accurate information and willingness to help. We love supporting local and when the experience really good it's not hard to.nBought auto pots for son in law and no problem for them to arrange course to Christchurch and add lots of information to get him started.nGreat range of seeds and other garden necessities.nLove it
I always hurried past and decided to take my time for a change and stop at Otaki Hydroponics to see what it is all about. I was pleasantly surprised with the shop, the products available, the four legged friends hanging about and the absolute great service. Of all the local businesses I have visited, I have always been treated like a customer wants to be treated, friendly, helpful and to just have a lovely chat about what is happening in our gardens. There is a huge amount of information and expertise available for novices like myself, and we should use this wealth of information from the people who have loads of experience in this area at Otaki Hydroponics.
The staff and of course the four legged staff are all very helpful. They know their stuff too. I love going to Otaki Hydroponics for advice on my garden. They can supply the tools I need to get the job done. I have also had them install a water tank and they did a great job. Thank you very much.
Awesome place!!! The staff are very friendly, helpfully and knowledgable. The shop is set out really well and finding exactly what you need is a breeze. There is always help on hand no matter what your gardening needs. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Otaki Hydroponics you're the best in the business.
Been a while since last visit mainly due to traffic congestion and the c word. Access now very good. The good advice and service has improved from when I last visited. Will be back soon
