I am extremely satisfied with the services and care from Otago Flats. My partner and I have been renting with them for 1.5 years and it has been a pleasure. They are both professional and easy to approach. Our flat is looking over the city of Dunedin, and because of Otago Flats we are free to enjoy the amenities the city has to offer without stress! During the holidays, some construction was happening nearby and Suzi and Libby made sure to check in on us and even gave us a small gift card because of it. They really do go above and beyond. Last year I was in one of Suzi's new and modern flats located in North Dunedin. She was an outstanding landlord and always responded to us quickly. Definitely one of the best landlords I have had flatting in Dunedin. I highly recommend Suzi and her fantastic properties!

Great property managers!! Any issues with the house we’re quickly resolved and Suzi was always on hand if we had any problems. We felt like respected and valued tenants as she was very attentive to our needs. Overall a really positive experience!
