We hadan issue with our original fire installation in that the flashing failed within six years but OPF came to the rescue and completely replaced the flashing. The installer, Pierre, did a superb job and was extremely thorough. Very pleased with the outcome.

Great service. Bought a pellet fire everything was organized and went ahead as said without a fuss. Pellets and servicing also available. Nice friendly crew here. Fire has been in place 1 year now.. never regretted our choice and such a great heat.
