Really effective style of osteo. I could not speak more highly of Valerie and her work! You leave feeling amazing and completely at peace.

Valerie is a master of her craft. I don’t how she fix my body’s muscle stress, spasms and upper back pain, but she did. All without any crunching or chiropractic moves, just the right pressure in the right places. It was a very personal experience and I’ll be back again - highly recommend OsteoLife!
