Have been coming here 1-2 times weekly for over 3yrs now. This shop keeps getting better and updated. Always clean and stocked. Staff are updating their own knowledge on their own products and health information that relates to the food. I would only say that I would like to see more fresh produce. Why go to the supermarket for dead food that's mostly processed. Come here and get live natural medicine!
Curious to know if you have a qualified pediatric nutritionist in store. Received some unusual and unsolicited nutrition advice regarding organic liver. The red flag for me was saying because the liver processes metals etc it can go up to the brain and cause adhd, autism, etc. I ended up having to stop the tangent by saying "thank you" and walking out of the store, as i was walking out the person kept talking across the shop at me. I went into the shop for organic marrow bones. I've used nutrition advice from Dr. Katherine Erlich and Kelly Genzlinger for just short of a century. Both are board certified pediatrician for the Centre of Holistic medicine and both recommend small amounts every other day of organic liver, but your store person shrugged it off as a 'fad'. Happy to say I'll support the organic shop at the top of frankton here out.

don’t buy on line if you are not sure, as this is by far the most disorganised online shop I have ever used in New Zealand. The product was on stock, I paid and it never arrived. Two weeks later when I inquired it happens that it was out of stock, but no one was interested in letting me know, let alone refund the money. When I complained they refunded promptly but with absolutely no hint of any compensation.
If it's organic food you want or need, this is certainly the place to go. Things from food to skin and hair care all sold here.
Much improved service, stock and layout since new owners took over. Also brilliant vegan pies and slices slices made by Eden who won My Kitchen Rules and pies by Pyrony and exceptional coffee
