We have been living at Orewa Sands for six months and are more than pleased with our experience. The position is spectacular, so close to the bush and stream and just a few minutes walk to Orewa Beach. Fellow residents are like minded people and we have great discussions. I look forward to the completion of Rose Cottage as a craft centre. We are so lucky.
Fantastic location to Orewa beach, just a flat, 2-minute walk. Alice Eaves bush is north facing to some of the apartments and the bird life seen and heard on a daily basis is incredible. Apartments are well appointed and very spacious, even the 1-bedroom ones! The entrance has gorgeous living walls from floor to ceiling and the common facilities include, cinema, cafe, workshop, gymnasium, residents lounge, outdoor heated pool, art and craft cottage with more to come. Definitely worth a look!

I’ve been a resident at Orewa Sands since September 2024. I love the holiday vibe it has. It’s very peaceful, has friendly residents and great shared facilities. Love the view of Alice Eve’s reserve which has walking tracks, kauris & lots of native birds. The northern end of Orewa beach is just a few minutes away.
Lovely coffee, service and parking. Hidden away but worth the extra effort. Beautiful.
