Excellent service today I have to rave about Korean gentleman, I didn’t get his name very knowledgeable and personable and went the extra mile for me with getting a new Seiko watch. He resized my new purchase in record time and even helped me correct the time on my current watch. Wasn’t pushy with trying to sell but treated me with importance like the only one in the room. Thank you for the pleasant experience.
is there a way to give zero stars? came into the Riccarton store today and experienced some of the worst customer service in my life. My mother and I were looking at watches and the lady behind the counter made several rude and snarky comments and acted as though she was above helping us. Will never return or purchase anything from this store ever again simply due to the rudeness experienced here today
Worst customer service. Sent ring to be fixed was told 10 working days but never got a call about the quote. Had to chase them up constantly. Funny that I don't have any missed calls on my phone. Then when the ring finally arrived they claimed that they had tried to ring me yet again no missed calls on my call log. Definitely avoid these cowboys
Good service/assistance. Will definitely support them in the future. Also really reasonable priced
Horrible customer service! Took my watch in because the battery had died. Walked into the shop and the staff behind the counter scattered. One person was already serving a customer, the other two took off out the back. Waited, one person came out and walked out for their break. Eventually the other person came out. No greeting. Explained that I was needing a new watch battery, she said that only one person could do it and so it would take a few hours. Called later in the afternoon and it still hadn't been done. Went back the next day and again no greeting from any of the staff. Got my watch. They hadn't bothered to update the time or the date and the staff there were more like statues. I'd never go back to this store. Went to the Eastgate store over the weekend and they went out of their way to be helpful, staff were friendly and I will be back there again.
Called in this morning for assistance with a watch I hadn't even purchased from them and they were great, very helpful, professional and couldn't praise the level of service I received. I would always go there in the future for any item of jewellery or watch.
