Tasty batter, fresh as fish and great service. To top it off, the most excellent pineapple fritter.
A nice clean roadside cafe selling a wide range of food. The fish and chips is pretty good and the surprising item on the menu is "poutine", the Canadian so called national dish. The staff is friendly and helpful. All in, a good place to stop on your road trip.
Hard to beat this place ... fabulous food and fabulous service. Māori names on the menu are great. Lots of nice little extras that make it fun and inviting... like the map on the back wall. Good healthy eating options too.
Amazingly fresh fish and great customer service. The portions are big and the prices are reasonable. Will be back.

Service was lovely, outside seating was sheltered from the wind. I really enjoyed the fish but the chips weren't how I like them.
