Both optometrist and receptionist are SO friendly and professional. Don’t always need an appointment. I have popped in and if they have a space, they will take you. Just love going there.

While I was generally happy with the store, examination, advice and service I was also aware that the opposition were probably cheaper for the actual glasses. I was also annoyed that the current OPSM offer of buy a pair of spectacles get a second pair half price meant that it was cheaper to buy new frames than have new lenses fitted to my existing perfect condition sunglasses. Wasteful!
I was very impressed with my first visit to a NZ optometrist with the locum offering every check possible to get a good starting point for my vision and a reference point for the future. I would highly recommend this branch of OPSM.

Alan Benjamin was fantastic, extremely thorough and very informative. It was more like an extended appointment with an ophthalmologist than an optometrist.
