Oppies is a beautiful clean restaurant. Indoor n outdoor seating is lovely. Lots of fascinating artifacts n art to look at. A very cool place
potato fritters had a fishy taste to them. Maybe cooked in the same oil? I don't eat fish or seafood...so couldn't eat my fritters
Ordered snapper and chips and was not disappointed - beautifully fresh fish, crisp batter and perfect chips. The orders going to other tables looked equally delicious and very generous portions. Service was friendly and prompt. Dine-in area very pleasant and very clean. 100% recommend it!
Good place, nice food, reasonably quick service, not there cheapest but portion sizes are good.
These snapper fillets were $7.00. I ordered two and got whole fat beautifully battered fresh tasting fish. The chips were good as well.
Fresh fish, crispy chips, a lovely hot meal with friendly helpful staff. Well worth a meal there. Thanks for a great experience.
Oppies... Has been a consistent performer over the years and for that reason... It has never disappointed me. The fish is always cooked perfectly... So is everything else. If you're in the mood for a quick bite and reckon you've earnt it... Go on mate, give it a go!
Absolutely disgusting beef and black bean. Full of corn, onion and celery and no black beans that I can taste. It tastes like pepper.
