By far the worst customer service I have ever received from any company, ever. If I could give 0 stars I would.nI'm absolutely dumbfounded as to how terrible they are. Ignored phone calls and numerous emails. I even spoke with a 'manager' a few days ago and still haven't heard anything from them since then.nThey seem to be only interested in massive corporate orders.nnMy order is nearly 6 weeks late and I've lost and continue to lose sales because of it with nothing else to tell my customers other than, sorry I don't know how much longer this is going to take.nnOpal have been a complete hand break on my business and I wouldn't even recommend them to my competitors to give me a strategic advantage.nnI wanted to support NZ business but if this is how it goes, I'll take my growing business somewhere else.nn0/10
I work at Opal Kiwi Packaging. Been here 25yrs now n going for 26yrs this year. Love the place. Stable job n alot of good people work in this place.
