Was told to come in for an interview. I went filled out all documents and they told me that I could go home after waiting 30mins for an actual interview and I'll get a call tomorrow. It has now been a whole week and I've been trying to contact them and no response. Very unprofessional. They made me wait in the waiting room for so long after I rang the bell and I could hear them laughing yet coming to me.
I had a scheduled interview at 11am. I arrived at 10:50am. I signed in and had some of my documents copied by a receptionist. Then they sat me in a room with a registration form to fill out. All that is fine, but they never returned and left me sitting there for 30 minutes. I value myself and time more than that. I'll wait for the right opportunity where I feel I matter as a person.
Ricky was so professional and always communicating well. Best agent I've had to work along with as well as Gabrielle. Both awesome Onestaff recruitment professional i would recommend.
My first time trying a recruitment agency - the first encounter with the team was awesome and I genuinely felt like my skills were recognised and would land me a decent job. But things went downhill from there on. There was soo much lack of communication from their end some part associated with Covid, which was understandable. However, I had to constantly follow up on my own for up to 3months before I finally gave up - I am beyond disappointed and hope no one else has to go thru such a tiring, fruitless experience.
