What’s in a name? OneFit simply means a diverse group of people coming together in ONE place, with ONE common fitness goal and ONE respect for each other.
OneFit Fitness Limited was born out of a strong desire to help every day people through their fitness journey. In January 2014, we were a group of approx. 4 people who would meet on a regular basis and train in a basic garage gym and back yard. One person brought a friend, another a cousin, another a brother and from there we outgrew the backyard and moved to a suitable venue that could host more members of the community.
Since then, we have acquired more training gear and facilitate various types of exercise regimes/ sessions with influences from cross fit, boxing, tabata, HIIT, P90X, cardio and plenty more.
So whether you’re a couch potato, an ex Sports Rep player or somewhere in between, we would be honoured and privileged to work through your fitness journey and goals with you!
We aim to apply our passion for working with people to achieve the following:
• Provide affordable group fitness programmes
• Provide fun and varied fitness activities
• Easily accessible fitness programmes
• Include basic nutrition advice
• Involve strength and endurance based programmes
• Personal Training programmes based on indvidual goals
• Goal setting consultations
• Regular consultations for progress updates
