I’m a regular here. Customer service is always top notch. Sushi is clean, delicious and well priced. Dumplings are yum, Katsu is good. Chicken and Chips is great I would have given it 5 stars however from time to time someone over seasons the Eel sushi my 3yr olds favourite. She’s most upset when it’s too spicy.
This place had the best sushi I have had EVER in NZ! The sushi is soooo tasty! And very affordable! I’d be eating here all the time if I lived near by. Amazing! Highly recommend!
Damn this place is good. They have a decent selection of food to pick from but the sushi in particular is outstanding. So delicious and they look stunning. Can also recommend the Chicken Katsu...this place is the real deal
Have been this restaurant many times, but encountered this tall female cashier last time, she couldn't understand what I would like to order even I repeated few times, charged wrong price as well, I was very upset, the food was delicious though. Expect better customer service from you!
Terrible customer service tonight. I used to order the same dish every time for lunch. For some reason the super rude lady told me' No they can't do it' in a terrible tone and manner. Will never come back again. Used to be a super loyal customer.
Not a great visit. More staff than customers but service was slow. For food I had chicken katsu and chips which I found to be very salty. I will try again to see if it was just a bad day but I'm afraid I don't have too many good things to say about this visit.Food: 2/5
One of the best places in Wellington to get a Katsu Bowl. It's always fresh and tasty! I'm here once a fortnight to pick up Katsu for dinner and sometimes for lunch if I'm in the Hutt. Service is pretty good and the place is always clean and tidy ... including the restroom. They have a decent variety of food and everything I've tried I've enjoyed, however that being said, the Katsu Bowl is my favourite! Only downside for me is I wish they put more sauce over the chicken.
I ordered the chicken and chips, it gets soooo messy bc of the packaging and also the chicken was super greasy and the sauce too only the chips were edible
Heard about their katsu bowls from alot of people and finally decided to give it a try and it was absolutely amazing. I got the chicken katsu bowl with half rice and half noodles. Couldn't stop to take pictures because it was that good. Chicken was nice and crispy, the veggies were nice and fresh, the sauces were great. Also it fills you up alot, grab the large since it's a dollar difference. Also the staff were really nice and served the food pretty fast, good for anyone grabbing food in a rush.
One of the best Sushi restaurants out there. Fresh and delicious sushi which is also very affordable. I have been eating at this place almost everyday! I wish the ginger and soysauce would be free of charge like the other competitors. Parking: Paid parking available
