I’d like to give a big thank you to Harper for her fantastic help! She was so responsive and made everything easier. Your support means a lot, Harper!
After asking a week in advance to hold the iPhone 16 pro aside for me as I work in the crossing and would be able to pick it up as they open, they tell me no they have three in stock but its for another customer, Terrible customer service, making a promises but does not keep it, I should have stayed with spark !
We visited the store late on Saturday morning, while we had to wait a few minutes for a free staff member, the service we received was helpful, professional and very efficient. Thank you to the two young ladies who helped us.
