Staff are extremely rude and inconsiderate. While waiting for over 20 minutes, was ignored by one sales person while another was with a customer. When customer left, 3 teens walked in and were immediately served while sales guy fobbed us off. After verbally letting the sales person know their behaviour is disgusting, the sales person then proceeded to follow us around the shopping mall harassing us. Absolute filth!
Couldn't believe that your staff couldn't transfer my elderly friend's data because of speed. And now I see u offer $$s for trade in. She bought a new phone & nobody offered a trade in... let alone another friend having to take both phones home to enable the transfer of data.... DISGUSTING.
Absolutely disgusting was in there looking at a phone then just poped out side shop door to take a phone call went back less than 2min later both had gone home because it was 5pm didn't tell me they were off anything service 0/5
