We called in to ask about phone upgrades and ended up deciding to go through with a trade in. Cola was super helpful and when we needed to be somewhere before our data transferred he was more than happy to hold on to our phones so that the transfer could be completed. I cannot thank him enough for his incredible service! We were only in town for the day but the advantage was we were able to get the iPhone colour we wanted rather than trying to get those colours back home in the city where most colours sell out quickly
Just had the most rude interaction. I went in to trade in my phone and it took 20mins to be seen, just to have him act like I was wasting his time which I expected because I am a young girl. There was a women literally having a medical event and when I asked if she was alright he shrugged me off. Then when they didn’t have the phone I wanted in stock he tried to upsell me but did a terrible job of it. I was trying to get him to explain the difference or the benefit of upgrading and just said “it’s obviously better because it’s the best version”. In the end didn’t end up getting to trade in because I didn’t have my ID on me but I’m honestly glad I didn’t follow through with the horrible experience I had gone through.
I went in store. To ask about a new ph and a sales guy got my phone to look at some info to sort new ph and check my ph for damage then he was doing something and put a security thing on my ph me not knowing he said thats $10 a month then got the bill and said 36 payments of $10 i went to get it removed and got told sorry carnt remove it i was pissed otfl. then got told because I was on the one thing I could trade my phone back in any time and get a different one went in and said u carnt get a new ph for 30days so stuck with a crap iphone 17 pro max
Kenil was sooo helpful and I am so grateful for his the help, but he didn't tell me the phone wouldn't support 4 or 5 G. Nice man though
