Went in to enquire about a new phone. Ended up walking out after buying a phone on a plan, with a few nice extras. Rachel was very kind and sorted me out the whole way. The management was also very helpful, the staff genuinely seemed like they were happy to be there. Good vibes. Thanks for the help, loving the phone.
I have had excellent service from Tony, Jonathan, Ben and others since the Silverdale Branch opened. They consistently listen with care and consideration and do whatever they can to oblige in the smallest of things. I was in the store yesterday looking at phones and noticed a staff member Jamie was going above and beyond for this elderly couple, troubleshooting their phone problems, and even getting the lady a glass of water when she was coughing. Smiling and pleasant the whole time. Impressed with the service from your team, Silverdale!
Staff are the best team to work with, highly recommend. They put care into every problem and will resolve every case. Learnt so much while I was there. Cheers for two great years!
Avoid if you can, was in the shop for over an hour yet the new phone wouldn't sign into icloud to get the information from old device because the WiFi's firewall didn't allow it or some rubbish. So many other customers walked in and out due to only 3 staff on the shop floor being busy with customers.
