ONE Agency Far North is owned and operated by Daniel & Renate Ochse. With a background of 10 years working within the real estate industry both in Australia and New Zealand under major franchise groups, Daniel & Renate believe taking the next step of becoming independent business owners with One Agency is an exciting move for both them and their clients . "I knew this day would come which is why I worked towards getting my Agents License all those years ago" says Daniel. The industry has evolved and keeping in touch with law changes and keeping our clients safe is important to us. Daniel is also an Auctioneer "so we are able to offer all the different methods of sale as properties dictate."
For Vendors, having Renate not only as a business owner and sales consultant, but also handling the admin, comes with an extra level of service with no clocking off at 5:00pm – there is no stopping until the job is done.
Since opening in September the team has grown with the addition of Alan Broadbent.
For Alan, the focus has always been to facilitate a successful result for all parties involved in a transaction, and he will give his total attention to achieving this goal. He is often thanked for his diligence in keeping all parties fully informed of progress during any real estate activity and for his honest and straightforward approach.
He believes the opportunity to work under the One Agency banner will enable him to utilise his time and vast knowledge more fully and on a more personal level, to the benefit of both vendors and purchasers.
