My Electrician was unable to remove a failed immersion heater due to wrong sealant originally used.. The cylinder was damaged in his attempts and a simple task became an emergency! By this time it was early Saturday afternoon. However, Optima responded quickly and efficiently fitted a new cylinder. Labour costs were very fair but, of course, copper cylinders don't come cheap! Thank you, Peter, would definately reccomend Optima.
Thank you Optima for fixing hot water problem, haven't had hot water like we have now for a long time. Would definitely recommend you.
Has always been excellent in the past but sadly never returned our calls last time.
