Quick and super friendly service! We ordered the crab dip which was creamy and delicious with warm, toasty pita points. The "it takes two" app was perfect to share. The flavor on the meat in the Philly egg rolls was spot on, along with their crispiness. The shrimp were lightly breaded and fried to literal perfection, still being juicy. The hot honey wing sauce was dripping and divine. It was such a community vibe and so welcomed in this historical spot.

You will not be disappointed when you go to On Thyme Restaurant. We were greeted outside before even stepping in the place which was very welcoming. The artwork and sitting area outside is extremely creative and eye catching also. Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted again with smiles by not only the staff but also the owners, Corey and Phallin…. LOVED IT!!! The interior design is absolutely beautiful and unique. Our server, “T” was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely positive. The food was soooooooo dag-blasted good, hot, given in a timely manner and plated very nice. The quantity of food was very satisfying as well. My family and I will definitely be going back.

I had heard about this place from a friend and how it went from food truck to restaurant. I had to be quick and take the food to go. I ordered Philly cheesesteak egg rolls and my friend ordered the hot honey chicken. I had a bite of hers and ate my egg rolls on my way to the airport. When I tell you, I can't wait to go back and eat more. It was absolutely delicious. Good for him and I hope he succeeds on this venture.

On Thyme hit the spot EVERY TIME! Delicious food, always fresh and seasoned to perfection. The fish & shrimp basket is my favorite! There is nothing like a crispy hot fish. Great service and the vibe in the new restaurant is welcoming and energetic. I tell everyone about this place because it’s really good! The food is consistent, staff is friendly, and everything I’ve had on the menu is amazing! Ohhh I GOT THYME!!

If you are looking for a good place to eat with a nice ambiance, then On Thyme is your spot . I got the BCR chicken sandwich with sauted onions. This large chicken breast sandwich came with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and bacon along with fries. The food was awesome! I left this place wanting more. My husband had the Castlestreet burger, and said it was good. So what are you waiting for?

Service was awesome. Food was ok. Had a nice flavor. Didn't prefer the ranch or blue cheese tasted watery. Shrimp are farm raised. Egg roll had alot of casingService was quick. Roll up to a busy restaurant, line out of the door. The atmosphere was great. Food was well worth the wait. I recommend the wings. Philly cheesesteak egg rolls were delicious. Staff was friendly, overall great experience. Will be back Parking: Plenty of street parking!

This is a beautiful new restaurant in the heart of Wilmington on Castle st. The food was hot and delicious, the service was excellent and the atmosphere is unmatched. This is definitely my new lunch/Dinner spot.

Grand Opening was AMAZING. On Thyme Restaurant did they thing everything from Music to Customer Service and especially food was top notch! Love it, definitely would recommend!

This will quickly become a regular lunch spot for me. I went to celebrate the opening and very much enjoyed myself. The atmosphere is pretty and delightful, the staff are terrific, and of course the food is great! I loved the Hot Honey Chicken sandwich. My friend enjoyed the surf and turf burger. We sat outside the weather was wonderful on the deck to enjoy the vibe of castle street. The restaurant feels more like a family reunion seeing so many friends there also made it fun!. I’ll be back! Kid-friendliness: The children who were there all seemed to be having a great time. Lots of smiles and happy eating. Make sure you have plenty of napkins: the sauces are deliciously drippy.
