The lady over the counter is rude and got pathetic customer service skills. I have been working for customer service Over the last 14 years and I understand the value of good customer service. She need to be taught some skills. Let me know if you need volunteer training for her.
I wish i can rate this shop zero!! I went there with elderly people for a trip. The lady at the front counter was so bloody rude!! She was so nice to a kiwi lady but as soon as she served me the smile dropped and she became so rude. Absolutely disgusting and racist behavior. You guys need to get rid of her! As i can see lot of bad review about this stupid lady. Not going back there at ALL!!
Very unpleasant experience today at 3:45pm on 27th Feb with a very grumpy lady. No very helpful at all. She wouldn't reply to our thanks at the end, didn't even look at us , no thanks no bye, no reply at all.
Worst customer service and disrespectful lady behind the counter. Would never go again to this place and same advice for everyone. Was there for a courier service but the lady at service counter was totally unprofessional and not helpful. Talking very rudely and wasn’t even answering the customer queries. A big NO to this place.
Got to the store at 4.30 to collect a parcel from nz post. The lady was rude and said that the post van usually arrives at 6pm just as the courier van pulled up. She said it will take her at least 30min to process anything but said it would be safer to just come back after 6pm. Turned up at 6.25 as she said to but was suprised to see an empty store and a small note on the door saying they close at 6pm for holiday hours.nnNot impressed two wasted trips so far, i wonder what they can do on my third trip? Would recommend hiring some friendly employees that want to help customers.
