I first contacted him to arrange a gas inspection and boiler service. He exceeded my expectations with providing what was required along with the help in explaining any issues found and finding solutions. So when I needed help replacing a corroded radiator as well as a full drain and refill of all radiators, I knew who to turn to and was prepared to wait for our busy schedules to free up. Again, he did an excellent job - clean, clear communication and was patient with questions asked of him. He's an all round good plumber who I would contact again and recommend to others. Thank you!

Had previously had an issue last year with a leak from the bathroom Jac fixed. Was impressed then and when it came to servicing the boiler this year Jac was the first and only choice. Jac is not only an excellent plumber he is also a genuine and nice guy. He is clearly someone who takes pride in his work in terms of the quality of what he delivers but also in terms of his professionalism and tidiness. We needed a coffin water tank installed in the loft and the old one disconnected, including insulation and new fittings - this was done quickly and professionally with minimum disruption.
