Great guys in here. Need to up their customer awareness a bit. But if you are happy to wait they are very good at what they do. Cheaper than going directly to Vodafone for phone repair. I will definitely be back.

Very rarely do I ever look forward to going shopping, with no exception when it comes to tech shopping. But let me tell you, the Silverdale Omni Tech branch is by far the best place for me and my tech needs. From phone cases and charging cables to repairs and advice, these guys make the experience fast, easy and enlightening. The main man behind the counter, Yasith Bandara, makes light work of your tech stresses and cuts out all of the rigamarole that we “not-so-tech-savvy” fellas have time or energy for. I bought a $65 privacy screen protector from the Silverdale store which lasted from February to July 5 months, it peeled around every edge and the sales rep refused to replace it stating it was damaged on my end, which it was not. It was either not out on correctly by the person when I purchased it it the quality of the product isn’t very good. Needless to say I don’t recommend this product or store. I get the feeling that getting a fair replacement isn’t an easy task. Terrible product, and terrible customer service, left feeling cornered, ripped off and dismissed.
