Barinder  is an 'Excellent' HELP LADY.. SALES PERSON and a bundle of knowledge.  I highly recommend this young lady for any Tech issues.

Purchased an expensive case, was told it would protect phone 'shock proof', took phone out of case to change sim card after owning for 1 month and back of brand new phone is smashed. Refused to refund even though the product is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. Obligations not met under consumer gaurentees act. Terrible customer service.
