This is the third year we have stayed at this camping ground with our family and friends. It is in a great location, handy to the lake for boating and has fabulous facilities that are always clean and tidy. The staff are really friendly and helpful! Great for all ages that that enjoy the classic kiwi camping experience .
After a long day cycling, arriving here was heaven. So warmly welcomed, like family, probably the best showers I’ve seen at a camp ground. Clean, well equipped kitchen. The camp ground was buzzing with people, but quiet and friendly.nnConveniently across from pub, groceries and other little shops. I loved my stay here and highly recommend the his beautiful spot.
We stayed in the Christmas/New Years period and it was Great!. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were well kept and cleaned regularly.nThe playground for the kids is awesome, also the hire bikes were a popular addition.nBut the best asset this camping ground has are its owner/operatorsnErwin and Natalie they are friendly and always up for a chat. They are also very helpful! We had a few issues that can happen when camping, but they would always offer a solution to help out.nStaying at the Omarama Top 10 is highly recommended.
We stayed at the Omarama Top 10 over New Years and it was absolutely incredible. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were cleaned regularly, great playground for the kids, even a live band on New Years Eve and races for the kids and adults on New Years Day!! Erwin and Natalie the owners are friendly and always up for a chat. Staying at the Omarama Top 10 was like we were welcomed into a big community with open arms, everyone we met was friendly and always willing to lend a hand if needed!! We were the unlucky ones who had a tornado rip through and destroy our friends tent, however the owners were absolutely fantastic and made sure our friends still had somewhere to stay so it didn’t ruin their holiday! We can’t wait to return!!
Amazing service, wonderful amenities, and lovely people!!! We’ve been camping here for many years, and since Erwin & Natalie have taken over the campground has improved tremendously. We love coming here!!!!
