Beware!! I contacted the Whitby Photographer to explain that I wanted to place an order to be delivered in time for my mother’s 90th birthday. He responded to say that it would be possible to arrange delivery once I’d placed my order which I did. After this initial contact I did not receive a response to my emails, and found to my disappointment that he had cancelled my order on his website without my knowledge. At short notice I had to make alternative arrangements. He did not respond and did not refund my money! Fortunately I had paid through PayPal and I eventually got my money back through their buyer protection scheme after they had found in my favour. He did not even respond to PayPal! If you read the reviews this has happened before!
I have one of Glenn’s canvases, the quality is really good and delivery time was good. I will definitely buy more in the future

I have made several purchases from Glenn. Usually large canvases either for myself or for gifts for family. His photography skills are incredible, the images are absolutely stunning. The quality of the prints and canvases are outstanding providing amazing value for money. I live in Australia, the parcels have always arrived in a timely manner, carefully and appropriately packaged. On one occasion I made a purchase via the website, shortly afterwards I received a very apologetic email stating shipping for this item was not available to Australia, and my money was refunded within days. I would not hesitate in recommending Glenn and his business, the products are second to none and he has always been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
What can I say ! They always say if you want to be a great photographer shoot local and spend as much time with a camera in your hand as you can. Glenn has photographing his home town as an Art form. His images of Whitby day and night and through every season capture the real Whitby and are available in just about every form around Whitby and online. Glenn’s work is fantastic.
