Brought car not too long ago. Absolutely amazed with service. Brendon Taylor was awesome! Communication, service, efforts, 100/10. Would recommend 1000% couldn’t be anymore thankful. Thankyou!
Purchased a car about two years ago approximately. Picked it up and realised they had forgotten to do the car play install so I had to take it back in. After a few weeks of having it I realised the air con wasn’t working on low, just blowing warm air. Took it in and they agreed to fix it. It worked but not overly well, for a short time and then come next hot season it wasn’t working again. Seemingly the wrong repair was carried out. When I approached them about it the start of Summer 2025 stating it was sold broken and then was not repaired properly they refused to do anything about it as that specific branch I purchased from had closed, even though they could see the car purchase and repair history. Under the consumer guarantees act the car was sold not fit for purpose and then “repaired” and clearly “repaired” incorrectly. I do believe that if they are trading under the name Oglo that it is their responsibility to fix it, but I was shafted and told to go pay someone myself. It also required $1200.00 parts and tires on its first WOF. Be wary when purchasing, ensure to check the car thoroughly, especially if it has not landed in NZ yet, do not let them push you to make the sale before you have had a professional check the car. Clearly obvious as to why one of their branches closed.
I have purchased a few cars and dealt with a few car yards over the years and these guys just made things easy for us buying from Wellington. Good car, bloody good service and straight up honest. bloody good for a car salesman lol thanks heaps guys we love the car.

Have had a great experience with olGo Motors, the team are very helpful and they knew all of the answers to my question about the car.nMatt was great at keeping me up to date with the car inspection details as I am an out of town buyer, they were also very accommodating with holding the car until we were ready to have it shipped to Auckland, the shipping service was extremely efficient, the car arrived very quickly and in great condition inside and out, I would highly recommend olGo Motors going forward.
