What a special place we have discovered. Hosts Grant & Karen are the best, the hot tubs are amazing & the sea view is to die for, not forgetting the motorhome/van/caravan parking is superb. We are just down the road in Alex & will be regular visitors for sure. Oh & the prices are very competitive compared to other venues. Love the place, very jealous & thanks very much

Husband and I stayed here in the campervan area for 2 nights and had a lovely stay. Owners are super friendly and gave us some great travel advice as well as stuff to do in town, one of the more affordable places to stay and had access to fantastic bathroom, shower and laundry facilities. Definitely a hidden gem with a beautiful quiet garden and very close to the beach where you can only hear waves crashing at night. Definitely a highlight amongst the three weeks of travelling south island.

Stayed here with a group of friends on a Sunday night. Can't recommend highly enough! Lovely staff, spotlessly clean, huge living area and kitchen with everything we needed to cook up a storm. The fire in the lounge made it nice and warm and the rooms were good - comfy beds. The hot tubs were fantastic which we booked seperately. What a great place to hang out with friends. Thank you!

A great lodge with lovely clean facilities in a beautiful setting opposite the beach and a five minute drive to Omarau. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet, tidy campsite with beautiful bathrooms. Amazing value for a powered site.

Stayed in our campervan on a powered site for a couple of nights. Excellent facilities for campers to use, and great location. We've stayed in the town before but this is the new campsite for us. 8 minutes from town and a beautiful setting 2 minutes walk from a Sandy beach. Great hosts and very friendly.Service: 5/5

Had the most relaxing stay here, strolling along the beach and spending our evenings playing board games by the fire. Very clean with a well-appointed kitchen which had everything we needed to cook a few meals in. Bedroom was quite small but the bed was really comfortable, and it was so soothing going off to sleep to the sound of the sea! The owners were lovely and friendly too. We were the only guests when we stayed so were very lucky to have the lodge to ourselves, but sure it is still a great place with a few groups sharing, or would be an amazing place to rent out as a bigger group! We didn't use the hot tubs but having seen the setting I'm sure they're a blissful way to spend an hour or two!
