Literally broke down outside and they tried to help. Once it was obvious they were not going to be able to repair the car on the spot they gave us somewhere to wait for the tow truck to pick us up. Friendly staff.
Brian is an excellent communicator, which is always helpful when dealing with a mechanic. Does excellent work at a fair price. You can purchase your own oil for him to use - well done for this.
