Wow ...we can’t thank Mel enough for opening her lovely home to us. From the moment we arrived, you made us feel welcome and gave us plenty of tips on things to do in the area. We stayed for 6 days and it was the best decision ever. We had our own personal guide to the beach and Scrappy is his name. He waits for you at the patio and gets a little impatience if you are slow.. so hurry UP :-nnThe location was beyond our expectations. It's around 50 meters from the beach which can be accessed from the garden, gorgeous sunrise brave the cold – it’s worth it, long walks on the beach, and the grand finale are the night stars. You get to see the Milky Way on a clear night. Unbelievably beautiful.nnYou provided everything we needed, from towels, and warm blankets for cold nights to a pretty stocked-up kitchen. Your space made our vacation so much more enjoyable. We’ll certainly be returning to stay soon!”
If you're looking for a luxurious relaxing accommodation with great attention to detail, quiet elegance and beautiful panoramic view, look no further! It is everything we could've asked for and our only regret was that we had to leave after only 2 wonderful days. Mel was a great host and it was nice having lil Scrappy bark hi at the door every now and then. Hope to come back again!
Such an amazing beachfront apartment! It has everything that you need and more! Confortable, sunny, warm, clean, beautiful beach decoration...Mel is an excellent host and she thought about every little detail to make us feel at home and welcome. Even her little buddy Scrapy went for a walk on the beach with us lol. We loved everything and will definitely go back :
What a perfect little spot! Great views, great accomodation, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Hosts were amazing, so friendly and set up the room so nice! Highly highly recommend, we will be back!
Well appointed, very comfortable apartment with beautiful views of Marlborough coastline just a 1 minute walk away.. Rumble of surf being the only sound in this quiet neighbourhood. Immaculately clean with large bathroom and very comfy bed including large walk in wardrobe. The Kitchen has everything you need and stay includes a lovely fresh fruit and yoghurt/ toast brekky and a few thoughtful extras. Mel is a warm and welcoming host. You will enjoy.
