Some of the doctors and nurses are great but a couple of staff are very dismissive and don't listen. The reception staff are very passive aggressive and rude. Privacy doesn't seem to be important, one of my phone calls with a nurse, I could hear people talking in the waiting room, other patients were able to hear my appointment. Basic respect of patients and sensitivity needs to be prioritized, rude reception staff can be detrimental to patients with anxiety and depression, its not acceptable.
The doctors and nurses treat me and me, my husband and children like family, if we need to see someone we are always able to get in and I have never had a better doctor. Always recommend them anytime anyone asks who is a good doctor/practice
While individuals working there may be four or five star people the entity as a whole is not. One of the main problems is that unless you only get sick on a Tuesday for example you will be going to see Dr Du Jour. Our recent experience with an elderly relative would have been comical had someones health and well being not been at stake. The right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Perhaps a safe bet if you are generally healthy and never have urgent or complex medical needs.
