I had an absolutely amazing experience here and it was 100% worth it.nnHuge thanks to my instructor Willian — he was incredibly kind and professional. He checked my safety constantly throughout the jump, made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and took so many great videos for me. At the end, he even encouraged me and told me how brave I was, which honestly meant a lot.nnI was a bit nervous and sometimes forgot to keep my legs back properly, but Willian gently helped adjust my legs with his own feet during the jump, which made me feel very safe and well taken care of.nnI also want to thank the center staff. Yesterday I couldn’t jump because of the weather, but they were extremely patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything to me — what conditions are considered safe and why the jump had to be postponed. Their explanations really helped me feel reassured and trust the process.nnOverall, everything about this experience was wonderful. From the staff to the instructors to the safety and atmosphere, it was all truly memorable. Highly recommended!
BEST DAY EVER!! I jumped from 15.000ft with NZONE and it was worth every penny!!! The feeling is incredible, the team is lovely and makes you feel incredibly welcome and safe. I purchased the photo and video package too and honestly so worth it, they cut a social video and a full video for you and I think I had 3000 photos! Thank you Felipe!!!nWhen can I go again?
Utterly disappointed with the overall experience and service.nnWe had a jump booked for 12:00pm, but after waiting the entire afternoon, we were only informed at around 3:30pm that our jump would not be going ahead. What made the situation more frustrating was that at approximately 2:30pm, we could still see people arriving at the take-off point, which gave us the impression that operations were continuing as normal.nnWe were told we could arrange a refund either at the take-off point or at the counter. Upon reaching the counter, another customer shared that she had been scheduled for an 8:00am jump and only then discovered it had been cancelled — which shows how widespread the delays and miscommunication were.nnCancellations can happen and are understandable, especially due to weather or safety reasons. However, allowing customers to wait for hours without clear updates essentially wasted an entire day of our trip — especially considering most nearby shops close by 5pm. Even if our jump had proceeded, it raises concerns for those who had been waiting since early morning.nUnfortunately, there were also no available rescheduling slots for the next five days, leaving us with no alternatives.nnOverall, the lack of timely communication and organisation made this a very disappointing experience. I would strongly suggest future visitors reconsider or plan with caution.
Huge thanks to my Portuguese instructor Arlindo at NZONE Skydiving!nnThis was my first skydive, and I was quite nervous before the jump. Arlindo was incredibly patient and supportive — he gave me great advice, helped me relax, and made me feel safe the entire time.nnWhile waiting for the plane, we had a really pleasant chat, which helped calm my nerves a lot. Before boarding, he carefully reminded me multiple times about the correct exit and landing positions, which made a big difference for a first-timer.nnDuring the jump, he also took so many amazing photos and videos, capturing every moment. Thanks to him, this experience was truly unforgettable.nnHighly recommend Arlindo and the whole NZONE team!
Amazing experience with NZONE Skydive in Queenstown! My instructor Lima was extremely professional and made me feel safe and relaxed the entire time. He clearly explained every step, performed careful safety checks, and constantly reassured me before and during the jump. He also pointed out the incredible scenery so I could fully enjoy the breathtaking views instead of feeling nervous. Everything was well organized and smooth from start to finish. Truly an unforgettable experience — highly recommend to anyone visiting Queenstown!
